We are only in control of how we respond or how we react. To accept this is truly liberating.
Self care includes what we subject ourselves too, removing as much negative influences is a simple first step. Nature is a free form of therapy, listen to your thoughts they are your best teacher. Listen to your emotions they are telling you what you either need to learn from or grow through.

We go to the doctor if we have an issue with any body part that needs attention and help to heal with things such as medicine, pyhsio even surgery if its required, correct?
BUT then why are not as willing to seek the support we may need for our brain, our mental health?
